90 minutes of on-site interview with Trane managers. Was asked to prepare a PowerPoint presentation about my qualifications. Then invited to two social/professional events to meet more team members and expereience industry events.

Very impersonal. Started with a video recording that you send in and you can record it as many times as you would like. Very basic questions with some being written and others being video.
