The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Transamerica in Aug 2011
Interview
I received a phone call and had a phone interview first. Within a week I was called for a panel interview that lasted about 2 hours or so. Within another week I was hired. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable interview. They do behavioral questions and ask about your past experiences. The environmnent and work culture appears to be better than most places I have worked at.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Transamerica (Norwood, MA) in Mar 2024
Interview
Interview was ok - nothing out of the ordinary. Overall didn't feel like a great fit for me. I still think it is a good company though but it just was not for me
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Transamerica (Houston, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
It was very quick and easy. It was on an app though called telegram that I was a little skeptical about and also they want me to pay $100 for working materials to be sent to me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Transamerica (Boston, MA) in Aug 2023
Interview
I would've considered applying to this company again in the future, but after the experience I had, they burned that bridge. Interviewed for CSR for some life insurance product they are looking to get rid of at some point down the road. The pre interview process was quick and normal. The two people I dealt with were nice, but after the interview I sent a thank you email. The HR rep said he would relay the message to the hiring team and that he expected to hear an answer shortly. His response was on 08/09/23 and the position is starting today: 08/28/23. I simply do not understand where companies get off thinking they can just ignore people they don't offer a position to.
