Interview
Up to 3 interviews, leadership assessment, and call with VP. They will ask you about your warm market, ability to recruit, and leadership style. Base salary is non-existent unless you come in with experience and the last two years' W2s which they will give you a percentage of.

Interview
It was a long 3 hour session, with interviews done by the hiring manager, his peer, followed by a HR manager. They tested me on my intention to leave my current job, my interest in the role that i applied and my technical skills about life insurance.
