Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about clean Arch and how do u apply it to your work
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Transflo in Aug 2022
Interview
There was no formal process. A recruiter reached out to me for the role and I was excited to interview for it. I had my first interview and it went very well. After this call, recruiting did not follow up with me and I did not hear anything until I sent a couple follow up emails. I had my second interview 3 weeks later, which also went well - he said he would be recommending to his colleague from the first interview that they should move forward with me. After this point, recruiting again did not follow up with me and several emails went unanswered; emails that they did respond to did not provide any details on the timeline or process. I sent follow up messages to the interviewers that went unanswered and about a month after the second interview, the job posting was removed. I assume someone else was hired or the necessity of the role was being re-evaluated; if that was the case it would be understandable but because of their lack of communication I was incredibly frustrated. I was legitimately excited about joining the organization but the entire process was conducted unprofessionally.

Question 1
Both interviews were conversational, which I enjoyed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Transflo (Louisville, KY)
Interview
Was called shortly after applying. The interview process was laid back and comfortable. I was asked typical questions. The job was explained in detail and I felt good about the job.
