Transitions interview questions

Within three hours of submitting my application online, I was called for an interview. I had the interview about three days later. It was less of an interview and more of a tour of the facilities and making sure it was what I wished to do. My resume spoke for itself in terms of experience. I then went for a second interview/meeting with another supervisor at another location. After a check of references, I was offered the job.
