I applied online. I interviewed at Transport for London in Mar 2016
Interview
First step: CV and Covering letter
Second step: two online test in mathematics and logic
Third step: video interview with the computer
Fourth step: exam center
The time to wait between each step is relatively short. The main problem is that you can only apply for a job once every year so if you miss one of this step, you have to wait one year to try again.

Question 1
Why TfL?
Why this job?
What will you reply to a customer that complain about a delay?
What else do you want to tell us?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Transport for London (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Online application, tests online, video interview, Assessment Centre. Assessment Centre consisted of a group exercise, a written exercise, a presentation with questions afterwards and an interview. The presentation was much more informal than expected; I was sat down and talked through my presentation with two assessors who barely looked at me as they were writing everything down. The 20 minutes of questions after the presentation was the hardest part for me, make sure you do a lot of research! I researched the company but still found some of their questions challenging. The interview part of the Assessment Centre was actually much easier than the questions after the presentation.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Transport for London (London, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
The process was simple. First I applied online - I completed a form not questions to be asked- and after a week a situational test was sent to me. The test was not really easy - stay concentrated and remember that for TfL "every journey matters". After that, if you are selected a numerical will be sent to complete (25 minutes in total). At last, you will be asked to to do an online interview.
