After they checked our documents we were asked to go to a room and wait for instructions. In the room we were given a book and an answer sheet where we were supposed to reply to some questions in order to assess reading and comprehension. After that we had a multiple choice quiz, the questions didn't seemed to be too hard but it was fairly clear they were assessing our speed as well. At the end, of the thirty something people who started the interview only 4 or 5 managed to go to the next phase, individual interview and an assessment on how to react on a real life scenario.
