I applied online for a Software support position and received a call within 2 weeks. The phone call was followed up by an email to confirm the interview appointment. I arrived at their office 5 minutes early and signed in on their visitor sheet. I waited another 15 minutes since there was no one at the reception area. The receptionist then apologized for not being there and then phoned the interviewers. I was interviewed by the manager and a tech person. I was asked about my work experience and asked questions regarding my resume. The manager emphazied the importance of being a team player. The tech person asked about XML and what I knew about the TCP/IP networking protocol. The interviewers were courteous and low key. It was a pleasant experience.
