I applied online. I did not hear back about an interview for three months and two polite, quick messages inquiring about the status of my application were ignored. Having worked in local economic development for quite a bit, I know Travel Oregon has a pretty bad reputation (generally as a partnering organization and for their hiring practices). They play games with candidates and with employees (they have gone through some pretty cruel "restructuring" before and during the pandemic), so I knew all that going in, but my skill set perfectly matched the job description, so I threw my hat in. After three months of waiting, I got an interview, which went fine. I could tell the supervisor was not interested in anything I had to say, though, and afterwards, they hired an internal candidate with no relevant experience, so now I know why. My advice would be to save your time and take your talent elsewhere.
