Interview
The initial screening with the recruiter went well. She offered valuable insights and gave a comprehensive overview of the position. The in-person interview with the hiring manager lacked personal touch and engagement, leaving me unimpressed with the company as a whole, largely due to the interviewer's techniques. Perhaps there was a lack of connection between us. This is crucial for me since I view the interview process as an opportunity to evaluate the company, and if this is a representation, I may reconsider working for them.
