I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Travelers (Hartford, CT) in Mar 2017
Interview
First two phone interviews were resume, some technical questions on the second one where you talk with a project manager/IT Developer. Additionally, the onsite was a little more focused on the type of person you are so behavioral questions with IT leadership personnel. Only one of the interviewers asked a technical question, based somewhere along the lines of software design. It was a casual interview I believe there were 4 of them over the span of 4 hours, and lunch somewhere in the middle. I did not have to conduct any white boarding but heard after of some who did.
The interview process only has one round tech interview, It take around 60min, include hiring manager and team lead. Asking mostly about past experience and conceptual question. then HR call talk about offer.
Straightforward, technical question and discussed resume. For entry level role very basic technical question, trace merge sort and explain.
When interviewer realized skill sets were not a match they ended the interview quickly, to the point where it felt rude.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I've just had 2 rounds of interview. The first round was with a team lead and the second round was with a manager (or director). Their office is in Atlanta. If I pass the 2nd round, the final one will be in office. The interviews went well and people were nice.
