      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2019

      Interview

Very Long process like others said but I guess before they had to take the assessment in person, now you take it online as soon as you put in your application. Its part personality questions and part critical thinking questions with a little math. If you do good I guess thats how you get the phone interview. I got the phone interview about a week and a half later. Then I got an invite for a hiring event about another week and a half later. They said they were doing a mass hire because they have the lyft account. The interview day was long but worth it. It was at a hotel and the first interview was with a manager, 2nd interview another manager, 3rd was a benefits review with HR staff. At that point they let you know if you are going to continue to move on to the peer interview where its a shadow of what you will be doing but also them getting to know you. The last interview was with the director. She asked the same questions as everyone else then asked if I was comfortable with having credit, drug, and background check. Then proceeded to know desired salary. I received an offer about a week later contingent on all my checks. Got my official letter another week later. I applied Dec 27th 2018 and finally hired February 4th 2019. Be ready to be at the hiring event for 3.5 hours if you make it to the end. If they are doing a small hire they might just have you come back to do multiple interviews.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

All star questions but they were nice and made me feel comfortable. Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer? What do you like about your current work culture and what do you want to change? What do you look for in your supervisor? How do you prioritize? Why do you want to work for Travelers? What can you bring to Travelers?

      Interview

Travelers have a very lengthy interview process to say the least. They call you initially for a phone interview and once you pass that then you are moved to the second step which is an interview and a benefits session. The benefits session is a little overkill because you can research their benefits without an issue. They have great benefits actually. The last step in the interview process is the 3-4 assessment and final interview if you pass the assessment.
