I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Alpharetta, GA) in Jun 2019
Interview
I have applied at about 50 positions with the company, I would always get a denial. Once I seen a customer service position posted I gave it another try. I applied on June 7, around June 25th I received an email to set up a phone interview, and I set that up the day on June 26. A recruiter called me the following day and we talked for about 30 min, typical S.T.A.R. questions. Before we ended the call she set up a in person interview for the following morning @9am. I arrived at the building someone came down and escorted me back upstairs to the correct area. The interview was with 2 ppl one in person and the other via video. Again typical S.T.A.R. after about a hour interview was over and I was headed home. At about 2:00 the recruiter called to ask how did the interview go and she offered me the position. She went over drug and background information and told me to keep a eye on my email. I took my drug test that day on June 27. Few days later I received an email about my background and it was still pending. Just an FYI they do credit checks and you can't have more than $20,000 in debt. I received the official "Welcome to Travelers" email today July 3. Overall process was quick and I can't wait for my first day.

Interview
I got an interview setup with a recruiter who broke up a 40 minute call into 2 sections. 1st half was for going over the role and actually asking YOU what do you know about travelers and why are you interested in the position? She also went over my resume with me and asked for highlights/summaries of what I did and why I left. The second half of the role was the infamous behavioral interview. which was okay, I'll put the questions down below
