First round was a quick 30 minute phone call. She was really nice and made me feel comfortable. The questions were mostly based on my resume and projects I had done. She was very clear in outlining the next steps.
1st Round 2nd Round super day 3 interviews, this is usually with someone that is at the AVP level and then two lower level people. Overall pretty chill, not too intense.
The interview process was pretty relaxed, with a lot of behavioral questions. It also felt like a casual conversation, and the interviewers were really friendly. Overall, they have a welcoming and chill community.

Fairly standard with questions that are both behavioral and technical. Be prepared to speak about past experience and also know bits about the insurance industry. It will help a lot to have this information.
