Recruiter reached out to me after being rejected for another position I applied for. No feedback on the first position I applied for. Recruiter recommended me for another position. The 2nd interview went extremely well. The entire process was about an hour and a half through zoom. 1st interview was with 2 managers. 2nd interview was 2 employees for a peer question and answer session. 3rd interview was with 2 district managers. Overall the the interviews went well. I heard nothing as far as my update for the position. 3 wks later I reached out to my recruiter and was informed they I didn't get the position. I asked if there was any feedback for improvement and Recruiter said there was nothing which is extremely frustrating.

It was a very thorough interview process. First, an assessment needed to be completed. Then I spoke to a recruiter. I met with two unit managers and then sat with a peer. I also sat with the director for an interview for a more cultural fit.
