Interview
The recruiter reached out first through email. Then schedule a quick 10-15 min phone call. After that I was scheduled three 45 mins each interviews with difference people in the department. The first interview was a quick chat. The second interview had lots of behavioral questions. This was with the managers of the department I was applied. The third interview had few behavioral questions.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?
How do you handle stress?
Tell me about a time you had lots of task and how did you deal with it?
Why are you leaving your current job?
First no video simply call with HR. Introduction to company, few general question about you.
Second, in person interview with 2 managers for an hour. Received call from HR immediate after interview, to setup third interview.
Third, online interview with other 2 managers.
Lastly, interview with department head.
Seems to be a small department for Canada but a large one if account US, more likely traditional fashion.

Interview
Recruiter reached out via email and we scheduled a meeting over the phone. Main focus is to get to know you and understand your career goals to make sure they align with the specific position. We discuss the basic job duties and expected salary. Next round was via zoom with three members of the team (hiring manager, director, another member of team) mainly asked about what I do in my current role and a few behavioral questions Last interview was with AVP and mostly behavioral questions. Really wanted to get to know you and see if you would be a good fit on the team.
