Interview
I applied through Travelers career site, 2-3 weeks later a recruiter reached out via email to schedule a phone interview which lasted about 30mins. The next day the Same recruiter reached out to let me know they wanted to move forward with the interview process. The next interview was a zoom call with 2 hiring managers that lasted for about 1.5hrs asking about previous work history and behavioral questions. Once that was complete they asked me to stay on to bring a current employee who showed me the various systems they use and to answer any questions I may have about the position. Overall a nice process the interviewers made me feel really comfortable which helped calm some of my nerves. The interview/ hiring process took about 4wks
