Phone screening followed by a few interviews with the team. Some typical fact-finding questions and some harder behavioral questions. Overall, the process was clearly communicated and was pretty structured. Cadence of interviews was a little slow, but that can be attributed to the holiday season.

Their recruiter approached me to invite me apply for this position as they think my profile is a fit. After the screening interview which I believe it went well I got completely ghosted, no reply given to my follow up email that I've sent after 1 month.
