What a strange place. I was asked to make a presentation for the very first interview. One of the founder brothers interviewed me and kept going on tangents, went way beyond the allotted time, and then would send emails from a non-company account after. It didn’t even feel like I got real interview questions and he was fixated on the aesthetics instead of the actual content. I didn’t get formally rejected without multiple follow-ups, which is extra disrespectful when you made someone put together a presentation.
