From the time I applied to my last interview, was a month and a half. I went through 3 rounds of interviews with 6 different people. The senior director said they were moving quickly and said I should have a positive response quickly. My hopes were sky high for the position and they sounded like really great people to work with. And that was that…. Radio silence. 2 weeks after my interviews, I reached out to HR and she said she’d have further direction for me the following week. I emailed the senior director 2 weeks after that for any word on my application and he didn’t respond either. I guess it’s company policy to ghost applicants that don’t get the job. Unprofessional. The interviews themselves were easy and relatively quick. I don’t know if that means they already knew I didn’t have the position going into them or what. There was no in depth conversation regarding my knowledge as it pertained to their project. It was mostly who I was as and my work history. I got one good question in all my interviews.
