      Interview

      Initial screening: This is the first step in the process and is typically done over the phone or through email. During this step, an HR representative or a recruiter will ask you basic questions about your qualifications, experience, and availability. They will also verify that you meet the minimum requirements for the job. Phone interview: If you pass the initial screening, you may be invited to participate in a phone interview. This is an opportunity for the interviewer to learn more about you and your qualifications in greater detail. They may ask you more specific questions about your experience and skills and may also ask you to explain how you would handle certain situations that are relevant to the job. In-person interview: After the phone interview, you may be asked to come in for an in-person interview. This is typically the step in the process where you will meet with the hiring manager, as well as other members of the team. The interviewer will ask you a series of questions to get a sense of how you think, how you would handle different challenges, your approach and more.
