Interview
called, left a message, got a call back two days later, phone interview days after that, then in person a week later, then a job offer after a day of shadowing. it was a fairly professional interview, comfortable, there was a personality test that i passed but heard was a big factor for other hires. I think the offer phase was harder for me, i wish i would have had more time with the offer, but management was too aggressive with the deadline, even though i wouldnt have been starting until the following month. there could have been more transparency about the direction of the company. i interviewed and two months later the commission plan changed, which they knew was going to happen, but was not communicated to my training class.

Interview
The interview went well. They were pretty honest with what to expect in the position. We talked over an hour. I think they are professionals. The company has good benefits package, good insurance, 401k and other add ons.

Interview
Did a phone interview the day I got an email wanting to inquire more information. Followed up with an in office interview within a couple days. Was advised to come in for another in office interview to shadow other in office representatives to get a feel for the job, which is normal, however you usually bundle those together so you don't have to take two days of paid time off when you are currently working. No problem, I am alright with coming in a second or third time if need be. HR representative got real snotty with me over email really quick when I couldn't come back in within a weeks time of the first interview. Needless to say that was a good indication that I do not want to work there. Also, do a quick google search not a great location either. Lots of 3PL places to work I woudn't bother with the one. Take your talent elsewhere.
