While our interview process is different from conventional interviews, it is designed to challenge candidates for skills, performance, character, and help reveal if they will flourish in our openly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and self-reflective organization. This is particularly critical when looking at senior level roles, as there needs to be an increased level of criteria and personality fit validation. A preliminary job offer may be received, although final job offers are contingent on concluding the process in a productive manner. If anything in an interview comes off as personal, we apologize; it’s not meant to be. Our process is there to help all involved reach a successful path forward, whether that is with Trellist or not. Our organization is a great fit for some but not others and that’s okay. We owe it to our tenured professionals to hire the right people, and we owe it to all candidates to ensure they are making the best choice for their career.
