Interview
4 step interview. It starts with HR meeting (1), if the candidate is sufficient, the company will assign a case from GitHub (2). If the candidate is successful, a technical interview will be arranged to discuss the logic of the code written by the candidate (3). If the candidate is successful, one last meeting will be arranged to present the offer from the company (4).

what kind of characteristics should test engineers have?
they have totally six session for interview process.HR->making project->tech interview-->manager interview->some skills tests.->reference check,It was not hard as much as expected but the project was taking lots of time.hr interview was easy.
