Trendyol Localization Project Manager interview questions

After initially informing me that I was selected for the next stage of recruiting process, they added that they had "have a candidate at final stage interview". Who gets selected for the job. Then, they offer a different position (freelance Language Editor), and after agreeing to start the interview process, they come back after ten days saying they "decided to move forward with another candidate". All in all, felt like an unprofessional organization, trying to juggle candidates, while they already have made the decision.
