The interview rounds went till 1 month.
There are no HR so the employees will onlycall you.
If you negotiate with them on salary they withdraw your offer. Also they provide very less hike around 15-20% on ur current ctc when joining .

Interview
The overall interview process takes about 2 weeks. The employees itself contact you as there is no HR here. Contract nature of work. I cleared all the rounds and was offered contract letter but later it was cancelled on asking few questions which could have been answered! Think before you hire someone or at least before you give the offer letter.
Pros: Permanent WFH, flexibility (as told)
Cons: They can cancel contract anytime, the NP mentioned is also very very less. Do no leave your permanent job for this. Go for it only if you do not have any offer or NOT working.
