I applied online. I interviewed at TriRx Pharmaceutical Services
Interview
The interview is much more lax than most. I came in expecting the usual professional interview, but it was mainly just a random conversation and a mini tour around the facility. Overall, it was nice since it was friendly, but it didn't let me talk about what I am capable of or give a chance to talk about my experience much.

Question 1
Do you work better independently or in a team? Like do you need someone standing over you the whole time?
I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at TriRx Pharmaceutical Services (Liverpool, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
Did an assessment day with around 6 other people. Good, Competency and technical. Felt welcomed and wasn't intimidating. Got a tour as well which was really interesting. Was able to meet the team at lunch, then did a group task.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TriRx Pharmaceutical Services (Liverpool, England)
Interview
Went for an interview and got on really well with the interviewers, felt really positive afterwards… they never even bothered to get back to me. What’s worse than a rejection is knowing a company doesn’t respect prospective employees enough to spend a minute sending a basic email.
