Interview
It was about an hour and included a lab tour. I met with the Quality Manager and the Engineering Manager. They took about 15 minutes to describe the background of the company and the expectations expected of the position.

Asked about my HPLC and GC skills and if I was able to troubleshoot instruments. There were also several personality questions involved.
