Interview
I had a general over the phone interview and the interviewer on the phone asked my pay expectations. They had a wide pay range with the top of he pay being like $33/hr. I asked for $29-30/hr and he immediately went "oh on the high end" and when I responded that for what the job expectations were and with my experience that would be fair payment. Trident foods then ghosted me, never heard back. Thought that was a very rude reaction whether especially since it was under the end of their expected pay range.

They asked for a summary of my background that would be applicable to this position, if I was allergic to shellfish and if I can do a bit of heavy lifting if needed.
