Software Development Engineer In Test Interview

      28 Sept 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trifacta

      Interview

Interview has 3 Technical Rounds + 1 HR Round I only passed two technical rounds. In the third round, there was a guy being over-smart mainly came from a service based companies background and had 12 years of experience. He had kind of inferiority complex. Although, I had answered all his questions correctly and wrote a program using Hash Maps, he was unable to understand the logic. Also, he was asking many irrelevant questions. From my perspective, avoid applying to these sort of companies who do not follow a fixed interview structure.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Simple programming questions on any language without DS/Algo. Mainly on Strings and simple logical ones.
