      Environmental Scientist Interview

      28 Apr 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Saint Louis, MO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trileaf (Saint Louis, MO)

      Interview

A comical, disorganized mess. After multiple interviews, not a single person would return my emails or phone calls about the position. I was blatantly ignored. Trileaf claims to be founded on Christian values, but I assure you there are none here. The salary for the position was barely over HALF of the industry standard. I'd describe the environment inside of Trilead as a corporate hell. A maze of cubicles and depressed looking people. Unless your desperate/pathetic, I'd avoid this place like the plague.

      Anonymous interview candidate
      Austin, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Trileaf (Austin, TX) in Apr 2018

      Interview

Seemed informal. Project manager interviewed me, was nice enough. I asked for a confirmation e-mail on date/location of interview prior for thoroughness, and she acted like it was a huge deal... A big thing that seemed off was that she also informed me that I wouldn't be getting a call/notice if I didn't get an offer. While not getting a call is common if you apply for a position, I have never actually went to an interview for them to not call me back/let me know. I thought this was pretty bad on the company.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Pretty general questions about position. "What kind of geospatial analysis experience do you have? What did you study? What are you doing at your current job?"

      Environmental Scientist Interview

      20 Jan 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Chicago, IL
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trileaf (Chicago, IL)

      Interview

Absolutely terrible. Had one in person interview and they asked very basic questions. But, the communication was terrible. They said I would be hearing back in 1-2 weeks... nothing... I sent follow up emails to two people, still nothing! What a waste of my time. If I didn't receive the position it is common curtesy to inform the job applicant so they can move on in their job search.
