Trility Consulting interview questions

The interview process was three stages the first you talked with the recruiter to find out what your areas of interests might be and the pay you would be expecting. You then meet with two engineers to get a test of your technical abilities. Finally you meet with the CIO and get an understanding as to the fit at the company in terms of your temperament and experiences.

If you move forward, you will be invited to a 1-hour technical interview with at least two Principal Engineers. This part is thorough; everything listed on your resume is fair game. You will be asked to discuss real-world problems you have solved, your approach to engineering challenges, and specific technologies you have worked with. The questions are detailed but conversational, and if your resume truly reflects your experience, this part will feel like a natural and engaging discussion with peers who genuinely care about your perspective. The final stage is a 1-hour video call with the CIO. This was a standout part of the process, offering a blend of personal connection, technical conversation, and a values-based discussion about cultural fit and leadership at Trility.
