Trilogy Real Estate Group interview questions

I did multiple interviews ranging from a screening to a case interview. The interviews were fine but the company is an absolute mess. They ghosted me for three weeks after my final interview with zero communication. I think the person they intended to take the role declined so they came back to me asking to do a final round interview the NEXT day or in a week which was very unprofessional - not giving me any sort of communication and then expecting me to drop everything and go for an interview the next day. I was on vacation and delayed to a few weeks later. They come back to me the week of the interview to confirm and then a day later tell me that there are many other qualified candidates and they are actually now moving forward with one of them. Horrible experience, poor communication and I'm thankful I dodged this bullet!

I visited their office and had three 1-on-1 meetings that lasted roughly 30 minutes each. Afterward, I did have to complete a case study to showcase the skills I discussed in my interviews.
