First I interviewed with their talent acquisition team. That interview was a 30 min meeting. Focused primarily on the overall firm, team structure etc. 2nd round interview took place the very next week and was completed over a video /zoom. There were 2 hiring managers from the team. Next would be an interview with team members to test compatibility. Then meeting with client who you would be working w directly.
