He asked very pointed questions about how I would originate deals, my market entry strategy, and other very in-depth questions about exactly how I secure land, where I find PPAs, and my overall strategy. I felt like I was giving away too much for the 1st interview. It felt like a very stringent department and a bad culture fit.
