.Applied online, was called for a pre-screening interview with HR, was told I would be contacted via email if they wanted to proceed with a second interview. I was contacted for a second interview with the hiring manager and was told they would contact me if they wanted to move forward with the job. Took about a week but I got a call from HR with a job offer.

How would you respond to a coworker saying they were unhappy with the company?
You have to complete a peer review interview with Manager and then 2/3 peers. Random questions asked. Why did you leave previous job? Name a situation where you had to make a quick decision on your own?

Interview
It was easy, typical interview questions. Be open and confident, they seemed to like that. Only 1 round of interviewing before being given an offer via email. Show interest in the job and training process. Ask hypothetical questions as though you have the job already.
