The process was convenient and included lots of communication. The interviewer set the expectations and provided time to prepare. I enjoyed working with the individuals from Trinity; they were professional and kind. This seemed like a very well established internal process.

Honestly one of the best interviews I’ve ever had. There were none of those ridiculous situational questions. It was purely an interview about what I could bring to the table and I appreciated that.
