Trinity Health Practice Manager interview questions

I was offered the option to interview virtually or in person. I decided to interview in person. The interview was disappointing because I did not have the specific experience they were looking for and the interviewer mentioned that at the end of the interview. I felt it was a waste of my time and very discouraging. Also, the person interviewing me kept comparing me to her daughter and speaking of the similar background of work we both had.
