its only online process and my experience about the interview is very best as a fresher candidate. first round is a online assessment test after clear this step you will ressive the mail from the company for second round.

I was invited for an initial interview and got through to the 2nd stage. The 2nd stage consisted of some tests on marketing campaigns, excel, powerpoint and the like. There was 2 people interviewing me at the time and it went very well. They liked the experience I had had, even though I didn't study marketing at university.
