It was personable. Thorough. Encouraging, even inspiring. Hiring manager was conversational and I could tell he was just trying to get a feel for my personality more so than grill me on situational questions.
I was recruited, so the process was short and easy. They also had an onboarding training weekend, in which they explained the structure of the business. I felt comfortable starting after that.
