I recently had my first interview at the office with the recruiter and hiring manager, and initially, I had a positive impression of the experience. I felt confident in my abilities and believed that they were also impressed with my qualifications. Towards the end of the interview, they informed me that I would hear back from them the following day. However, to my disappointment, I received feedback a week later that my confidence fell short. I must admit that I felt a bit discouraged by this outcome. It seems that they may not be as inclusive as I had hoped, particularly when it comes to giving opportunities to individuals who are shy or introverted initially. Despite their claims of being an inclusive company, I found that they may not fully embody these values.
