The experience was positive overall, with smooth communication and constructive questions from friendly interviewers. Information about the next steps was consistently provided in a timely manner, contributing to a transparent and organized process.
However, the positive communication took a turn after the final round. Despite the smooth interactions earlier, my follow-up messages were left unanswered for weeks. When I did receive replies, they simply conveyed that no decision had been reached. This lack of clarity persisted for over a month, leading me to reach out again. I emphasized the need for a decision to make an informed choice about another offer.
Upon doing so, I received an immediate response, revealing that another candidate had been selected. While I understand that decisions can be challenging, I believe that communication, whether positive or negative, should be handled more effectively. Clear and timely updates would have allowed me to navigate my options with greater certainty and respect for the time invested in the process.
