Only 1 round of interview was required for this part-time position. The interview process was relatively relaxed and the interviewer mainly explained the roles and responsibilities of being an assistant merchandiser i.e. not just admin work but includes events in which you will be required to help out, and asks if you think the job will be suitable, etc. The job requires commitment and ask if you have the relevant skills to help out i.e. cashiering experience. There will be guidance provided on excel, and he also explained what to wear during work hours etc.
