The interview process was 2 months long, with 3 rounds of interviews. There were a mix of personality tests as well. Took a while because the higher ups needed for the 2nd and 3rd interview have busy schedules.

Interview process took multiple rounds. Included a phone screen then 2 rounds of teams meetings with various members of the sales team. They asked questions about my motivations about working in a sales environment as well as questions about how I would respond to certain situations.

quick phone screen with recruiter. I want to put this review here to hopefully save someone some time. If anyone is applying to the SDR role in Casa Grande, AZ. the Base Pay is 50-60K with 5-10% commission/Bonus kicker based off your base pay. so max pay for the first year is 66K. I wish they would put this info on the application before people apply. Hope this helps someone out in AZ.
