Interview
First there were numerical and verbal tests. Afterwards you get invitation to the first round, which involves a group case study and answering a question about the development that is important for our everyday and was established through the last 10 years. The case study presentation is done by one person out of the group only, so you want to be the one. You are expected to quantify your solution by providing particular expected monetary gain.
