Went through multiple rounds, including an hour-long interview, and never received follow-up despite reaching out a couple of times inquiring about the application status. Even a brief update would have been appreciated. Candidates invest significant time in the interview process and deserve professional courtesy.
The interview was a Zoom meeting with 4 employees of varying levels and myself. It was a good interview, they were nice, and it was conversational, but they never followed up/ghosted after the interview.
The job interview was okay, structured and formal, but the interviewers were avoidant when I asked questions about job advancement. When asked the same question during an interview and then in a follow-up email, I was given a different response. This did not come across as trustworthy, especially when discussing career development.
