I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TruTeam (Cherry Hill, NJ) in Sept 2016
Interview
I had reached out to a TruTeam member I had known professional. Had an interview with one of the regional managers in 2 days! He got our times wrong, he asked for 9 am interview, it was scheduled for 10 am, even after confirming. The interview was rushed somewhat, but a very relaxing interview. They apparently are not hiring outside of the company for managers, they want to hire from within, to build better flow and unity... which is great. This manager than spoke to me about a sales position, which did not seem so bad after speaking to him. I was asked to send my financial requirements to him ( I was concerned about a sales and my current budget needs).
The requirements were sent the same day, and in this email was the follow as well. I truly enjoyed the interviewer's insight and goals. Unfortunately this manager lacked the common courtesy to follow up, or even answer my second email for confirmation. As big of a group as this is, you would think they would act ore professionally. I find my time to be valuable, and the fact that the manager never even emailed a sorry we cannot afford you email, I found this to be extremely unprofessional.
Just odd how one can go from extremely interested to extremely line dead in a day....
4 phone interviews very unorganized...3 months , terrible leadership..going thru the motions..nothing specific the the applicant or area your working..all 4 people could care less if they fill positions or not..they would rather save the payroll and let the lower managers run the place
