Was quick to be reached out to and set up an initial interview time. Interviewed with the company directly, no recruiter. The interview felt rushed and she admitted to not having opened my resume. Was told I would be moved along to next steps, after going back and forth for a month I was told I would not be moved along. I asked for feedback and was ghosted.

Ghosted, no hr, interviewer was late. Hiring manager directly emailed, there was no recruiter helping. Asked a few questions, seemed okay, but when asked for next steps, no response. Also 2 layoffs within the year.

Interview
It was about a week after I applied I received a message offering to schedule an interview. It was a facetime interview, about a half an hour. I explained why I thought I'd be a good fit, and she gave me a detailed job description. Went over questions, said we'd be in touch.
