It was the first call with TrueNorth so it was short but really enjoyable. We talked about the position, asked a couple of questions and assessed my English proficiency. They didn’t ask me any technical questions in this first interview, but they evaluated my soft skills. Unfortunately, as I didn’t have experience with fintech, I didn’t fit the role that they were looking for, but they asked if they could stay in touch for further positions as they become available
