They were pretty quick to respond at first but then once the interview was set up they called me on behalf of the wrong position. After I brought it to their attention that I didn’t apply for that position, I was told I would receive another invite for that position & then ghosted. Never heard from them again.
The interview process was interesting. I interviewed with two people, one of them showing up late. Typical questions asked around customer service, personality, etc. I was reached out initially from indeed. Pretty straight forward
Assessments then meet with interviewer for more questions about position and security of customer info like what are the three info things needed to identify a patient making outbound calls have to do 100 a day
